Carrier is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator . This role will support several executives with calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, budget management and special projects.

This position will be based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain schedules for meetings, conference, and travel.

  • Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, complete detailed meeting and travel itineraries and monitor and complete expense reports.

  • Assist with the management of the department budget including processing the payment of department invoices.

  • Analyze complex information requests with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Interface with all levels of the organization and with external customers in a professional and effective manner.

  • Lead the contract management process utilizing DocuSign and maintain the contract library.

  • Assist with meeting management including setting up zoom calls, putting together agendas and managing the presentation during the call.

  • Collaborate with team members on monthly reports.

  • Other administrative support and special projects

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma

  • 10+ years of administrative experience at a senior level in a large, corporate environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree

  • Experience managing budgets, processing invoices, and reviewing budget report

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Efficient project management abilities and the ability to balance multiple projects

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail, high-quality work, and the ability to make recommendations are essential.

  • Must be self-motivated and have an ability to exercise initiative and work independently

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
