Carrier is seeking an experienced Executive Administrator . This role will support several executives with calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, budget management and special projects.
This position will be based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Responsibilities
Maintain schedules for meetings, conference, and travel.
Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, complete detailed meeting and travel itineraries and monitor and complete expense reports.
Assist with the management of the department budget including processing the payment of department invoices.
Analyze complex information requests with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Interface with all levels of the organization and with external customers in a professional and effective manner.
Lead the contract management process utilizing DocuSign and maintain the contract library.
Assist with meeting management including setting up zoom calls, putting together agendas and managing the presentation during the call.
Collaborate with team members on monthly reports.
Other administrative support and special projects
Required Qualifications
High School diploma
10+ years of administrative experience at a senior level in a large, corporate environment
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor’s degree
Experience managing budgets, processing invoices, and reviewing budget report
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Efficient project management abilities and the ability to balance multiple projects
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, high-quality work, and the ability to make recommendations are essential.
Must be self-motivated and have an ability to exercise initiative and work independently
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
