Carrier Residential HVAC has an immediate opportunity for a Retail National Account Manager to join the National Accounts team. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing sales and marketing strategies and programs that will grow key customers, while effectively maintaining, developing, and executing growth plans aligned with the National Account strategic goals.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading, maintaining, and generating collaborative relationships with a national customer base. This position will engage with existing factory sales team, marketing functions, and an existing distributor channel to transform relationships into partnerships that result in profitable growth for company and customer partners.
Key Responsibilities –
- Manage all phases of the program, including project set-up, design, and administration.
- Creation and distribution of program trending and performance metrics including Ad Hoc requests.
- Working with cross departmental partners in pursuit of project goals.
- Ensure that the project is on track and all applicable tollgates are satisfied on schedule.
- Writing and performing consumer/dealer testing scripts for vendor partner implementation.
- Coordinate the digital integrations to build out the end-to-end process, including dealer recruitment process.
- Coordinate with marketing team to drive effective strategy that drives program success between customers, vendor management partners and internal functional teams.
- Communicate program to distribution and engagement.
- Ensure that change management processes are followed in accordance with company guidelines.
- Maintain audit and decision logs and reporting in all aspects of the program.
- Work closely with finance to ensure accruals / rebates are accounted for and completed per agreement.
- Work with the vendor partners and dealers to provide leadership to the team and client.
- Develop and monitor the project work plan, project schedule, fees, contracts, change orders.
- Lead generation for new Home Service program.
Required Qualifications –
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales
Preferred Qualifications –
- Master’s Degree
- Retail sales experience
- Experience interacting with distributors across the national footprint within the Carrier, Bryant, Payne & ICP channels.
