About this role:
We are seeking an innovative channel partner marketing manager to plan and oversee the implementation of our marketing strategies across all partner sales channels and geographies. You will own and be responsible for developing all channel partner-specific marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs. To ensure success in this role, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of channel marketing strategies and experience in a related industry. You will work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product, market, and channel insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, support, and activate the Channel Partner Program.
- Own Channel Partner Management activities, including contracts, programs, and scorecards.
- Optimize allocation and ROI of the channel partner marketing development fund budget.
- Create and execute channel partner marketing plans to generate awareness and drive demand for products, software, and services.
- Develop new channel partner marketing strategies and implement marketing plans.
- Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies in each partner market.
- Gather channel partner marketing campaign data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report on the results.
- Deploy channel partner marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior leadership, and sales.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team and external agencies and partners.
- Manage all channel partner marketing campaign communications and establish strong partner networks.
- Manage regular communication and marketing assets for channel partners.
- Build relationships and be the voice of channel partners to the business.
- Partner with channel partner's teams to execute and measure strategic marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 + years of marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
- 2 + years of experience in channel marketing or channel management in a global B2B environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- Degree in marketing, advertising, or business preferred
- Familiarity with business analytics tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong written communication and presentation skills
- Excellent execution/activation skills
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
