About This Role
As the International Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for the EMEAR and APAC regions. Your role will involve collaborating with ecosystem partners to drive joint marketing and sales activities and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for EMEAR and APAC.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem partners to facilitate collaborative marketing and sales efforts.
- Work closely with product development and marketing teams to tailor product offerings for specific regional needs.
- Provide leadership to sales teams, aligning them with strategies for international growth.
- Monitor international market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage budgets for international marketing and sales initiatives.
- Travel internationally at least 30- 40%.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years experience in sales and business development, particularly in international markets.
- 2+ years of experience working with EMEAR and APAC market dynamics and regulatory landscapes.
- 5+ years of experience working with building management systems and cloud-based software solutions.
- 5+ years developing and executing effective GTM strategies and business plans.
- Willingness to travel 30- 40%+ internationally as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Knowledge of deploying technology solutions across international boundaries.
- Past work with ecosystem partners in the technology sector.
- Language skills pertinent to EMEAR and APAC regions.
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.
