The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting Carrier’s SVP/CFO and two (2) other Vice Presidents in his organization. This role demands an extraordinary professional who thrives in high-performance environments and demonstrates the highest level of integrity, discretion, and responsiveness.
The Executive Assistant should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide array of priorities in a fast-paced, global setting. The Executive Assistant will proactively support executive-level initiatives, including coordination with internal leaders and external partners, planning of high-stakes meetings and travel.
This is an onsite role in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, requiring flexibility to extend beyond normal working hours as needed to support the executive team's demanding schedule and assist in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain schedules for meetings and conferences as well as adjusting based on dynamic priorities
- Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements, completing detailed meeting and travel itineraries and monitor and complete expense reports in a timely manner
- Consolidate reports and materials for executive meetings, including senior business reviews
- Manage logistical arrangements for leadership meetings to ensure a seamless execution
- Analyze complex information requests with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Interface with all levels of the organization and with external customers in a professional and effective manner
- Other administrative support and special projects
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, i.e. C-suite or global leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience from large corporations (e.g., $20 billion+ annual revenue)
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams) and Zoom
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Effective written and verbal English communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail, capable of professional and consistent tone at all organizational levels, including senior leadership
- Sound Judgment, prioritization, and time management in high-pressure situations
- Organization skills to manage logistics and plan for key leadership events, executive meetings, and business reviews
- Flexible and adaptable in navigating changing priorities and tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Experience coordinating company or customer events that involve senior-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to exercise initiative and work independently
- Proven ability to multi-task effectively across a variety of assignments
