Role Responsibilities

·       Business Development for West Coast United States

·       Select, manage, and develop a portfolio of commercial dealers within a geographic region

·       Develop and report sales forecast, opportunities, and risks

·       Work collaboratively with engineering, customer service, and service team to provide exceptional customer experience.

·       Travel 50% of time to interface with clients.

Role Purpose

·       Develop the commercial business portfolio for all commercial Riello products.

·       Drive growth through active outside sales activities and business development activities.

·       Develop specific product categories to achieve sales targets

·       Identify, develop, and sustain collaborative business partnerships with a network of commercial businesses.

Required Qualifications

·       High School Diploma or GED

·       5+ years of experience in Hydronics HVAC Sales

·       3+ years of account management experience

Preferred Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree
