About this role:
The Digital Products and Experience (DPX) team is at the forefront of Carrier's digital transformation. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our digital solutions for the Light Commercial product line. You will own the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AI-powered features such as predictive maintenance and energy optimization using IoT data.
- Manage complex stakeholders across hardware, sales, and facility management teams.
- Define product vision and strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Own the roadmap, requirements, user stories, and delivery with engineering and design.
- Champion customer-centric development for building owners, facility managers, and technicians.
- Define KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 + years of product management experience in digital or connected products
- 1 + years of experience in IoT, connected devices, or cloud platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ownership of backlog and roadmap execution
- Experience contributing to product strategy and long-term planning
- Strong technical fluency in IoT, APIs, cloud platforms, and mobile ecosystems
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong analytical and business acumen
- HVAC, ductless, or connected home experience preferred.

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
Pay Range:
The annual salary for this position is $120,000–$168,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
